Our pre-drywall inspection gives you the piece of mind that everything inside your walls was done properly and to building code. We inspect the framing, rough in plumbing, electrical, duct work, windows/ doors, and foundation. The cost for this inspection is from $150-$175 and can usually be scheduled within 3 days. 

Our new construction inspection is done the day before your Quality Walk-through with your builder. We inspect the entire home to create a punchlist of what is not completed or what was done improperly. We provide a full report for you to have in hand with your builder the next day during your walk-through.
