He is very thorough and explained all of his concerns about the home to me and the listing agent in detail and offered his opinions of which repairs needed priority and which could wait. He followed up the same day with a very detailed report. The following week after realizing I would need a wind mitigation inspection in order to get a reasonable quote for homeowner's insurance Jacob agreed to come back the following day and again completed another thorough inspection and again provided a detailed report the same day. I sent this report to several insurance companies who then lowered their quotes for homeowner's insurance by several hundred dollars a year.
